Dawn Nettles has asked the Texas Supreme Court to review the decision of the Dallas Court of Appeals in her lawsuit against GTECH (IGT). The Dallas Court ruled that GTECH was entitled to immunity from fraud claims brought by Ms. Nettles. Ms. Nettles alleged that GTECH made a knowing decision to use instructions that represented to players that every ticket that revealed a Money Bag symbol would be a winning ticket.
